S&H started as a small family-owned business with four employees doing powerline constructions for Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc. Over the past 26 years, we have grown to service 16 cooperatives, several municipalities, and numerous privately-owned businesses throughout the state of Texas.
S&H Powerline Construction, Inc. was originally founded as S&H Construction on February 15, 1993. S&H Construction became S&H Powerline Construction, Inc. on March 30, 1997.
In our many years of construction and maintenance, we have completed jobs by providing efficient manpower and necessary equipment for single circuit, double circuit, triple circuit and underground. S&H has effectively assisted many of these cooperatives and others in storm conditions such as ice storms, thunderstorms, high winds, tornadoes and hurricanes.
